We offer hands on project management for residential and commercial renovations. Our residential remodeling specialties are interior living spaces such as kitchens and bath. Daily on site management includes coordinating sub-contractors, permitting, supervising inspections and ensuring the project is completed within all pre-established parameters.

We hold a certified building contractor license and are fully insured. Our background includes training in England with a City and Guilds of London certification. We have over 18 years of experience in the construction business with 12 years specifically in Southwest Florida. We fully understand Florida’s unique construction environment. Our past projects include work in Southwest Florida including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, Long Boat Key, Ft. Myers, Bonita Beach and Naples. We are centrally located to serve Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota and Collier counties. Our work outside of the Florida market includes Philadelphia, Detroit and Nashville.
